Ramon Garcia is Managing Partner at Prime Executive Search. He has many years of expertise and experience in Banking and Finance as well as in Management Education.
In addition to his work at Prime Executive Search, he is active as an Investment Advisor for Institutional Clients and leads selected management training programs at the Institute of Financial Services Zug IFZ.
His broad network within the financial industry, his profound understanding in all matters of personnel recruitment as well as his distinctive leadership understanding make him a reliable partner in all matters of Executive Search.

Camila Kaiser
Chairman of the Board of Directors, Founding Partner
Camila Kaiser is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Founding Partner at Prime Executive Search.
Before founding Prime Executive Search, Camila acquired international Senior Project Management expertise in Banking, Marketing & Communication and Audit, mainly within the finance and consultancy industries. She is an innovative and creative professional with 19 years of experience working with companies ranging from start-ups to international enterprises.
Camila lived in 6 different countries, worked in over 15 countries and holds an MBA from the University of St. Gallen.
Henrietta Jaeggi
Member of the Board of Directors
Henrietta Jaeggi is a member of the Board of Directors at Prime Executive Search.
Henrietta is an experienced manager with over 15 years international experience in the chemical, automotive, IT consulting, manufacturing, hotel, real estate and asset management industry. Her key areas of expertise include Audit under US GAAP, Swiss GAAP and IFRS, Accounting and Financial Reporting.
Henrietta holds a Master of Arts from the University of Zurich and is a licensed Audit Expert (Swiss CPA).
